Michael Eugene Misick - Legend or Bust ?

itsdeeperthanyouthought.blogspot.com
Throughout my high school career I spent my days raving about me exceeding what this man did, I wanted to outdo him in every way possible. Yes I was a big fan of Michael, and wanted him to mentor me into leadership one day. What I am saying is at one point, well, throughout most of my teenage years, I dreamt about running for Premier and taking Turks and Caicos to that next level. What went wrong ?

I grew up, that's what went right, I saw a political system that destroyed more than it created, I wanted no part of that, as a matter of fact, today I work solely to destroy that system. I have no hard criticism for Michael, I pray he wins his case; he acted within his mental capicity, meaning he only did what he percieved at that time was right; due to Turks Islanders lacking exposure, many in Mike's position would had done the same things he did, maybe worst so I have no criticism for the mistakes he made. Mike aggresively preached growth from an economic standpoint, however, he stop growing spiritually during his reign. It's quite evident today as he stands in a trail he doesn't have to stand in, in my opinion of course. I say this because, I've studied polictical uprisings(Civil Rebellions Against The Government) and Michael had the perfect window to execute a political uprising in my opinion, I won't go into details but lets just say independence could have already been achieved by this man. That's debatable!!

Like I said earlier, Mike stopped growing, he didn't contine to develop his vision, himself nor his leadership skills, he got distracted by the lime light and today you see his leadership skills being predictable, his enemy has him right where he wants him. Somewhere I am reminded through my ancestrial heritage that Mike's family and mines rode on the same slave ships to these islands hundreds of years ago. Somewhere I am reminded that they vowed, their children and grand children would see better days. Somewhere I reminded that as those slaves went through difficult times , they stode by each other sides, until Massa started playing psychological games to divide them; basically how society is today. All psychological games put on by the media and government to keep people from progressing and uniting; I won't go into detail about this either.

At one point in my life I looked up to this man in great admiration, now I want to destroy everything he built; I know it's hard to understand what I am saying but in time, wisdom will guide your thoughts.

Legend or Bust ?
From the image I had of him in high school to the person he has become today...Bust!!!He stopped growing and because of his standstill growth, he became predictable, being that vunerable leads to desperation, I've studied enough history to know how this story ends, he forgot where he came from, his ancestrial obligations, he forgot who he himself was, and because of that he now stands a trail that he doesn't have to stand.

May God guide him through this difficult time, God's mercy is everlasting.

To my Turks Islanders who call themselves a Godly society, your actions speaks differently, you condemn your own flesh and blood for a monetary mistake, something that grows on trees, a piece of paper that you put value to. There are african civilations today surving perfectly without knowing what money is, they know trade, not money, but today we have become brainwashed into the banking systems of the world, destroying each other over paper. How is this human, how is this God, how is this progress ?

May God be glorified for great things he has done, may Mr. Missick win this battle as a necessity for progress amongst the people. Amen
