Whatever effects Latin American effects the Caribbean as well and so out of the concern for my family members I'm always looking for reason why all these mosquitoes diseases keep popping up in the these regions. My firm belief is that it's politically motivated because of the lucrative pharmaceutical industry but I have no real information to support my gut feeling so I will post an article I've found that makes sense to me and might even help you guys. Being a conscious psychology student I can testify to this and with nothing regarded as provable in the field of science, going to doctors and taking their recommended medicines can be considered as them gambling with your life. Why am I still in my box?

A year ago my mentor sent me an email about me being inside of box- not showing the world who I am, what my talents are and the gift that God has given me. Eventually I learned how to come out of my box while living in the UK and I was able to impact a few lives while doing so.  Living inside the box was safe, no one knew me, no one expected anything of me, I could be free well at least that was the illusion I was selling to myself. In contrast, living outside of the box created a passion, it made me feel valuable, it showed me my purpose in this world and that was real freedom - knowing everyday that I can impact the world just by being who I was meant to be, created a feeling of "flying" in my soul. I actually love being outside of the box although I am more vulnerable there but I think venerability is the one thing that allows people to connect with you. Living A More Relax Life - READ THIS BOOK !!!

One day I was given this book by one of my managers who at the time wanted to be my mentor well that didn't work out to our liking , but, the book was definitely eye opener.  The Four Agreements is a very basic and easy book to read even a toddler would be able to grasp the knowledge of the book. It's funny how the simple things in life truly brings you  the most joy and satisfaction. The book works on self development using four agreements with yourself that will propel to living a happier, less stressful life. To be honest, 99percent of the things we stress about is self inflicted stress meaning, because we lack knowledge of the situation we stress about it. That's all it truly is, is knowledge; you go to church and seminars to get knowledge to deal with your life problems correct ? Exactly!!
